Beachtown Brew Co is an imagined Micro-brewery based in Newport, Pembrokeshire. It's design takes inspiration from the natural beauty of the surrounding area, paying close attention to the three local beaches that make up its coastline - The Parrog, The Cwm and Ceibwr.

The brand name pays homage to the town, taking influence from the literal english translation of the towns Welsh name - ‘Trefdraeth’ (Beachtown).

Each can design is based on one of the three main beaches situated in Newport - Ceibwr, Parrog and the Cwm which are all integral parts of the local landscape. The design utilises the wave seen within the brand’s logo to create an evocative representation of the sea which connects the three beaches and creates the town’s coastline. The abstract alignment of letters mimics the free-flowing nature of water which allows the type to feel connected to the flowing lines of the waves.
